North Perry is a flight-training field, which means constant circuit traffic at low altitude over a residential city. It is the airspace we get asked about most and the one hobbyists most often fly into without realising.
For commercial work it is entirely manageable - it is an authorization and a conversation about timing, not a closed door. What it is not is a place to launch without checking.
The work here is suburban and institutional: master-planned communities, HOA and property-management documentation, school and municipal sites, and a steady run of roof surveys on tile and flat-roof stock.
North Perry (HWO) is inside the city and runs four runways of training traffic. Its controlled airspace covers a substantial part of Pembroke Pines. We hold FAA Part 107 certification and file for the authorizations those shelves require, which is work you never have to see — but it is why an address here wants a few days of notice rather than a few hours.

Can drones fly near North Perry Airport?
Near, yes - with authorization. North Perry is a towered field running training circuits, so its controlled airspace covers much of the city and every commercial flight inside it needs an approval on file.
Do you work with HOAs and property managers?
Regularly. A dated aerial set of a community is useful for reserve studies, roof planning and insurance conversations, and it is far cheaper than the alternative.
Can you survey a roof without anyone going up a ladder?
That is the point of it. We document condition in high resolution from the air and you review it with your own contractor or adjuster.
How far in advance should we book?
A week is comfortable here. The airspace approval is the long pole, not the flight.
We fly next door too
Broward County and the rest of South Florida, from the same base.
