Our office is on West Broward Boulevard, which is the shortest sentence on this page and probably the most useful one. When a listing goes live on a Thursday and the aerials have to be up by Saturday, the crew already in Broward is the crew that can do it.
Fort Lauderdale is a hard city to fly casually and an easy one to fly properly. Three towered airports throw controlled airspace across the populated core, the beach corridor draws crowds, and the Intracoastal puts boat traffic under half the shots worth taking. We hold Part 107, we are licensed and insured, and we are authorized to operate at night - so the twilight frame that sells a waterfront listing is a booking rather than a risk.
The work splits about evenly here between listings on the finger canals and the New River, high-rise progress on the Galt Ocean Mile and along Federal, and inspection work west of I-95.
Fort Lauderdale Executive (FXE), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL, Class C) and North Perry (HWO) stack controlled airspace over most of the populated ground here. We hold FAA Part 107 certification and file for the authorizations those shelves require, which is work you never have to see — but it is why an address here wants a few days of notice rather than a few hours.

Flying in Fort Lauderdale
Do you need FAA authorization to fly in Fort Lauderdale?
Across much of the city, yes. Executive, Hollywood International and North Perry all put controlled airspace over populated ground. We can obtain authorization to fly in proximity to a major airport, and approval can take several days - so the earlier you send the address, the better.
How quickly can you get to a Fort Lauderdale address?
We are based on West Broward Boulevard, so most of Broward is a short drive. Same-week bookings are normal and we are used to working with less than a week of notice.
Can you fly the beach and the Intracoastal?
Yes, subject to the authorizations that corridor requires. Waterfront and Intracoastal work is a large share of what we shoot.
Which neighborhoods do you cover?
All of them - Las Olas, Victoria Park, Rio Vista, Coral Ridge, Harbor Beach, Sailboat Bend, and everything between the beach and the turnpike.
We fly next door too
Broward County and the rest of South Florida, from the same base.
